This sample policy explains how Orbix Labs collects and uses personal information when you use our products. Replace it with your own policy before going live.

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, such as your name, work email and company, and the content you add to your workspace. We also collect technical data like device type, browser and IP address to keep the service secure.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, send transactional emails, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal information.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the service, such as hosting and payment providers, under written agreements that protect your data.
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
